To Younger Sister and Younger Brother

Chiyoe, I trust that you are working in good spirits.
I am well. Please do not worry. We are finally setting out. Please be happy for me.
I am resolved to devote myself to my duties.
Chiyo is also a grown-up. Please work hard to help Mother and make her feel assured of things.
Be sure to also do my portion of our filial duties to her.
You probably know about that weakness of young people. By no means are you to copy such behavior.
From one to ten are filial duties. I also ask that you look after Hiroshi’s matters. Live together in peace.
If you should fall ill, Mother will be greatly burdened.
Look after your health and devote yourself to your filial duties.

Hiroshi, I know that you are studying hard.
I am finally going to work actively in the south, so please rest assured.
Be in good health, study hard and become a fine person.
When you become a first year student in the advanced course, I believe that you will know the good and bad of things.
Distinguish clearly between the two, play hard and also study hard.
I am by all means instructing you to do my share of filial duties to Mother.
Listen carefully to Older Sister, look after your health and study hard.
